In the United States, prominent LGBTQ activists Will and Zach Zulock were sentenced to 100 years without parole for repeatedly molesting, sexually abusing, and raping their adopted children. In subsequent interviews, both men admitted to sexually abusing their sons for many years. They adopted them in 2018. The investigation also revealed that they were in contact with two other pedophiles, Hunter Lawless, and Luis Vizcarro-Sanchez, regarding the abuse of the boys.
The arrest documents allege that Zach messaged Lawless on Snapchat about his plans to "fuck his son" and to stand by and watch. Lawless also told police that the men had offered him their boys "several times". Lawless was arrested after downloading a large amount of child pornography, which was traced by police. He was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment, with the first 12 years to be served in prison.
Messages of the same nature were found on Vizcarro-Sanchez's phone. He also pleaded guilty. However, he also pleaded guilty to an unrelated offense of stealing computers from his workplace. The man was sentenced to 60 years in prison, the first 15 of which he will serve.

Will pleaded guilty to six counts of aggravated sodomy, three counts of aggravated child molestation, two counts of incest, and two counts of sexual exploitation of children.
Zach pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated sodomy, three counts of aggravated child molestation, three counts of child sexual abuse, and two counts of molestation of a person under 18. Although he pleaded not guilty to two counts of incest, a judge found him guilty of all charges earlier this year.
